I am Valerie. I was born and raised in Southern California, then relocated to Lake Mills, WI in late 2020. I began my natural health journey in 2011 after my 2nd child was born with a few complications. I eliminated all toxins from our home and learned how to live a healthier, feel better life. Shortly after, I started teaching others how to do the same, using natural remedies and holistic therapies to improve physical and emotional health. As many life challenges arose, I began to study and incorporate spiritual and energy healing for myself and my daughter who was struggling as well. After witnessing such positive improvements, I became certified in Reiki 1 & 2 in 2023. I am also a Certified Essential oil specialist and Certified in the Aromatouch Technique. I own Wellness by Valerie. Where I offer essential oil education, and natural products for purchase.
