It is my commitment to help you receive the service you need/want. Open communication about pressure, music, temperature, technique are important to me. Please feel comfortable speaking up at any time, as you are paying for your time. 


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of their scheduled service time will be charged 100% of the service fee.


Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration for the other clients and my time, if you arrive late, I will only give you time remaining in your appointment slot. You will still be responsible to pay the full session fee.


Credit Card on File:

All clients must have a credit card on file to hold their appointment. This will only be charged in the case of a cancellation under 24 hours or a no-show.
